Are you a jumping enthusiast? Would you like to go further by learning how to jump and perform acrobatics as an extracurricular activity?

At last the long awaited trampoline classes have arrived at The Indoor Jumping Club, taught by experienced professionals and aimed at children and young people from 5 to 18 years of age. Now you can learn to perform spectacular acrobatics and jumps at our Trampoline School. Trampolining is an Olympic discipline that consists of performing sequences of jumps and acrobatics with the help of a trampoline. This type of gymnastics has 4 specialities, each of which is named after the apparatus on which it is performed: trampoline, tumbling, minitramp and double minitramp. At The Indoor Jumping Club’s trampoline school, we offer all 4 specialities and we do so under the guidance of a technical team with a long track record and experience, which also participates in national competitions. Competitions in this discipline consist of compulsory and free heats made up of 10 elements. In the more advanced levels, acrobatics are performed, including somersaults, double and triple somersaults, with or without twists. When working on the jumps, both the degree of difficulty and the technique used to perform them are taken into account.

Groups and timetables

Come and learn to become a real jumper on Monday to Thursday afternoons in an unbeatable setting for the practice of this discipline: The Indoor Jumping Club!

P5 to 2^nd year of primary school: Monday and Wednesday from 5:15 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
From 3^rd to 6^th year of primary school: Tuesday and Thursday from 5:15 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Secondary school: Tuesday and Thursday from 6:30 p.m. to 7:45 p.m.

PRICES AND REGISTRATION

Registration will take place online.

Enrolment: free of charge.
The price of the activity is € 43/month (2 days a week).

Unpaid bills will be subject to a € 1.5 surcharge for administrative processing.
The fees will be paid monthly.

ACTIVITY CALENDAR

Trampoline classes will take place over the following period:

Groups aged 4-17 years: Monday 19 September 2022 to Thursday 22 June 2023.
No classes will be held on public holidays in accordance with the school calendar.

The holiday periods are:

Christmas holidays: from 25 December 2022 to 6 January 2023 (inclusive).
Easter: from 3 April to 10 April 2023 (inclusive).

The activity will last for 10 months.

TEACHING PHILOSOPHY

At The Indoor Jumping Club trampoline school we believe in the value of sport as an educational tool. We follow our own teaching model and a collection of unified and organised programmes that describe the student’s itinerary.

We improve the physical conditions necessary for the practice of trampolining by working on basic motor and coordination skills in children, which they will later put into practice in specific motor skills.

Together with the technical team, our aim is to increase their level of knowledge of the sport.

We offer knowledge for each level, with groups segmented by age and with specialised coaches.The school is fun and full of values, and participants enjoy this exciting sport while learning and interacting with their classmates in a healthy way.

MATERIALS REQUIRED

Comfortable sports clothes.
Non-slip socks.
Each student should bring their own small bottle of water to keep hydrated.

OTHER INFORMATION OF INTEREST

The activity’s technical team will keep track of student attendance.
The Indoor Jumping Club has lockers for participants to leave their bags or valuables.
In order for the activity to take place, there must be a minimum number of participants, which is determined by the centre according to the group.
In the event of having to cancel a class for reasons beyond the club’s control (official holidays, etc.), these classes cannot be recuperated. However, in the event that more than 50% of the term’s sessions are missed for these reasons, the club’s organisation will take this into account.
