JUMP SAFELY
Jumping on a trampoline is a safe activity and The Indoor Jumping Club complies with all prevailing European safety regulations.
You only have to follow the rules and know what they are when you jump. 🙂
BEFORE JUMPING IN
Read and sign the centre’s safety regulations.
Non-slip socks must be used in any jumping area (the Kids area and the Jumpers area). The parents who are only accompanying children in the Kids area need not wear them. You can bring them from home or purchase our custom socks for only €3.
Children under the age of 7 years old must jump in the specific area for this age (the Kids area), or if they want to jump in the Jumper area, they must always be accompanied by an adult, who will also participate in the activity.
In the Kids area, children under the age of 6 years old must always be accompanied by an adult. He/she cannot jump, but who can play and interact with the child.
IN THE JUMPING AREA
Think, don’t try to do jumps/pirouettes that you haven’t mastered. If you act responsibly, you won’t hurt yourself or anyone around you.
Always pay attention to our staff’s instructions. They are there to help you and make sure that you don’t hurt yourself.
Two people shouldn’t jump on the same trampoline.
Always jump in the centre of the trampoline, with both feet, with your knees partially bent, and don’t jump on the pads.
You can change from one trampoline to another freely. Pay attention to whether the trampoline that you are going to is occupied.
Don’t run, jumping is the fun part.
Don’t jump into the pit head first and making sure first that no one is there. You always leave the pit by the sides.
Don’t take the foam cubes out of the kids area.
Have fun, take photos and share them, but try not to lose your mobile phone or knock into it. Don’t take anything in your pockets.
Don’t take any food or drink into the jumping area.
